How to Book
Schedule Your Ride Through MAS
All Medicaid transportation in New York is coordinated through MAS (Medical Answering Services). It's free for Medicaid members.
You Have the Right to Choose Your Provider
As a Medicaid recipient, you can request Transit Professionals by name when scheduling your ride with MAS. We're proud to be a women-operated, minority-owned business serving our Western New York community.

When to Book
- Routine appointments: 3 business days ahead
- Urgent sick visits: Same-day when possible
- Hospital discharges: Same-day, within 3 hours
- Recurring (dialysis, etc.): Standing orders for 6 months
