3. We Get You There
We arrive within 15 minutes of your pickup window and provide door-to-door assistance to and from your appointment.

- Routine appointments: 3 business days ahead
- Urgent sick visits: Same-day when possible
- Hospital discharges: Same-day, within 3 hours
- Recurring (dialysis, etc.): Standing orders for 6 months
